Voyd is an anonymous thought-sharing platform. You can write one thought per day (up to 280 characters) and read thoughts from other people around the world — all without revealing your identity. There are no usernames, profile pictures, or follower counts.

Yes. Your messages are never displayed with any identifying information. Other users cannot see who wrote a message, who liked it, or any personal details. We use your email only for authentication and account recovery — it is never shared or displayed publicly.

Sign up with just an email address and password. That's it. No phone number, no real name, no profile setup. You can start writing and reading immediately after registration.

Voyd is available on iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and the web (voyd-app.com). Your account works across all platforms — just sign in with the same email.

Free users can send 1 message per day. Premium users can send up to 3 messages per day. Each message can be up to 280 characters long. The daily limit resets at midnight UTC.

Messages cannot be edited after they are sent — this is intentional. We want Voyd to capture honest, unfiltered thoughts. You can view all your sent messages and their stats in the 'My Messages' section.

The feed shows you anonymous messages one at a time. Swipe or tap to move to the next message. The order is randomized so every thought gets a fair chance of being seen. You'll never see your own messages in the feed.

Premium users can filter the feed by categories: Love, Life, Confession, Dream, Fear, Hope, Anger, and Gratitude. When you write a message, our AI automatically assigns it to the most appropriate category.

Messages can earn tier badges based on engagement. 'Trending' (fire icon) means the message has high engagement. 'Rising' (chart icon) means it's gaining traction. Most messages start without a tier and can earn one over time.

We collect your email address (for authentication), your messages, and basic usage metrics like view counts and likes. We do not track your location, browsing history, or any personal information beyond what's needed to run the service.

Every message passes through AI-powered moderation (OpenAI) before it becomes visible to others. This system filters hate speech, personal information (like names, phone numbers, or addresses), harassment, and other harmful content. Messages that violate our guidelines are blocked before they reach the feed.

Tap the report button (flag icon) on any message card. Select a reason — hate speech, harassment, or spam — and submit. Our team reviews reports and takes action. Repeatedly reported messages are removed, and violating accounts may be suspended.

Yes. Go to Settings and tap 'Delete Account' at the bottom. This permanently deletes your account, all your messages, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Premium users get: 3 messages per day (instead of 1), category filters for the feed, the ability to save and recall favorite messages, an ad-free experience, and priority moderation. Premium costs $2.99/month or $24.99/year.

On iOS and Android, tap 'Upgrade' in Settings or the pricing screen — this uses your App Store or Google Play account. On the web, go to the Pricing page and pay with a credit card through our secure payment partner (Paddle).

Yes, you can cancel anytime. On iOS, manage your subscription through the App Store. On Android, through Google Play. On the web, go to Settings and click 'Manage Subscription'. After cancellation, you keep Premium features until the end of your billing period.

Free users see a brief interstitial ad every 5 messages in the feed. Premium users never see ads. The ads help us keep the free tier available for everyone while maintaining the platform.

Make sure you're using the correct email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen. If the problem persists, our servers may be temporarily unavailable — try again in a few minutes.

If a message was blocked by our content moderation system, it won't appear in the feed. This can happen if the message contains personal information, hate speech, or other content that violates our guidelines. You'll receive an error message at the time of sending if this occurs.

Yes! You can browse the public feed without creating an account. However, you'll need to sign up to write messages, like messages, or access premium features.
